WHAT DOES OMG ARTISAN SHOPPE OFFER?

We are formally known as ohhhhmyGoodness or as we like to say, omG with our online shoppe called omG Artisan Shoppe. My name is Elissa and my husband's name is Mark. We are thrilled to share our handmade one-of-a-kind art and artisanry pieces we have been inspired to create. I enjoy painting and sketching and Mark loves working with wood and creating unique pieces. In Mark's off time from his primary job, he loves to delve into making unique creations in his wood shop on the weekend and I love to see what he makes!

We have also recently started to include some other handmade pieces by a couple of other small business artisans to help with our new pet product line to help rescue animals. The pet product line has been created to sell pet items to help fund struggling animal rescue organizations. The profit from the sale of the pet products are donated to local animal rescue organizations.

HOW DOES THE OMG ARTISAN SHOPPE WORK?

We offer one-of-a-kind pieces that we have carefully and artfully created ourselves. The only items that have the ability to have more than one piece are prints of Elissa's artwork where we offer a limited number of prints and each one is hand-signed and numbered in the back of the print. Or, items we have included from other small business artisans or our new line of pet products.

Due to having limited stock and items being handmade by us, items sell fast. There will be new products and product line drops throughout the year that we will announce via social media and via our newsletter. You can sign up to be on our newsletter at the bottom of our home page!

DO YOU HAVE A NEWSLETTER TO SHOP EARLY?

Yes we do! On our home page at the bottom, enter your email address to be signed up for our newsletter with omG perks and early releases!

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Our handmade products are one-of-a-kind original products so we offer returns on an individual issue review basis. We know sometimes random things may occur, so we will address on an individual basis if something happens to an item when being shipped including any of our other items from other small business artisans we have started to include in our pet product line.

DO YOU OFFER SHIPPING?

Yes, we offer shipping, via UPS or USPS on all of our in-stock orders within the continental United States. We currently do not ship internationally but please feel free to contact us at support@ohhhhmygoodness.com if you need further information or assistance for an international purchase.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our products and being a small business, items will take 3-7 business days for processing to then be ready to ship. 

MY PACKAGE ARRIVED DAMAGED, WHAT DO I DO?

Take a picture of your package and contact us right away at support@ohhhhmygoodness.com with the Subject: DAMAGED PACKAGE.
